Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice to strengthen yourself physically, spiritually and mentally. It combines kriya (asana), mantra (chanting), mudra (hand positions), drishti (eye gaze), locks, and meditation in every class to gain balance in your nervous and glandular systems. 

Yin Yoga is a meditative calming practice where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. All poses are practiced on the floor making it suitable for all levels. The muscles are relaxed focusing the stress of the pose on the connective tissue of the joints to increase their health and mobility. Incorporating focused breathing with the longer holds allows for the body and mind to slow down and become still. In this class we do several gentle yang poses to warm-up the body and get the circulation to flow adding more chi to our Yin practice. We end the class with a short meditation.

I took my first yin class with Dollianne and fell in love with her cheerful yet tranquilizing style. She shares from her favorite Yogi Bhajan and her experiences practicing all around the globe! Such a wide variety of anecdotes bring smiles and chills to my body! She's got perfect timing for reiki healing that helps deepen the stretch and I can fully let go of myself into the posture. I know she's been practicing for over a decade and with her youthful spirit she helps keep our spines flexible and young!    ~ Claire Simon
